Our Staff
The teachers are conscientious, responsive, caring, and loving. They have received specialized training and instruction in the area of child development.
We fingerprint and clear all teachers as required by state licensing. Staff receives periodic C.P.R. and First Aid training from an authorized training agency.
Dee Arora
Director
Dee has been the Director of Caring Hearts Preschool since 1989. She has a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Dee worked as a registered nurse in a hospital for fifteen years before taking on the Director role. She has two daughters, one son, and two grandchildren. Dee is a generous, caring, and creative individual. She is passionate about early childhood education. Dee enjoys performing arts along with spending time with friends and family. She is particularly fond of spending time with her grandchildren. As Director, she remains steadfastly committed to providing quality childcare.
Pamela Samuel
Teacher
Pam is a qualified teacher with a Bachelor of Science from India. Pam’s optimism and jubilance nature is enjoyable and engaging for the children. Pam has two boys and loves spending quality time with them, her husband, and extended family.
Debra Christie
Assistant Director
Debra is an energetic, positive, and enthusiastic individual. She has worked in childcare for over fifteen years. Caring for children has been her passion since she was very young. Debra’s organizational and communication skills have served her well as Assistant Director. She exhibits flexibility and natural leadership. She has held the Assistant Director role for more than six years. In her spare time, she enjoys making memories with her two children and husband. She particularly enjoys all things Disney, beach vacations, and traveling.
Sharada Bhat
Teacher
Sharada has been with Caring Hearts since 1996. She has taught for 25 years and excels at preparing children for Kindergarten. Caring Hearts graduates have a seamless transition to kindergarten, thanks in large part to Sharada. She is a conscientious, reliable, and caring individual.
Sara Arora
Teacher
Sara began teaching part-time at Caring Hearts in 2013 while pursuing a degree in early childhood development. She has taught full-time since completing her degree. She enjoys working in the infant and two-year-old classroom. Sara loves to plan art projects and work with the young children to complete them. Her loving and sincere personality is a perfect fit for her profession. She enjoys reading, watching movies about the early to mid-1900s, and synchronized swimming.
